Online Shop Orders:

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, email us at returns@offtechonline.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., due to damage, use, or missing components), you’ll be notified via email.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products/downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
